Step 1: In a gallon zipper bag place chicken along with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, oil, ginger, chili paste, and crushed red pepper.
Step 2: Marinade for 30 minutes to overnight.
Step 3: Cook sauce for 5 minutes
Step 4: cook chicken covered on stove top on medium until cooked to 170° - remove chicken
Step 5: Save the marinade and heat it in a saucepan with cornstarch + water mixture until it's thick.
Step 6: Brush sauce over cooked chicken.
Step 7: Top chicken with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
Garnish:
Step 1: 0.5-1 tablespoons cornstarch to add to the marinade to cook and create a thick sauce to brush overcooked chicken.
